I’ve rented a few storage units before, and while this one is good, it’s not perfect. The biggest drawbacks for me were: 1) Difficult vehicle access – Getting a car in can be tricky, let alone a van. 2) No elevator for 2nd-floor units – Carrying items up and down the stairs is a hassle. 3) Awkward 2nd-floor door – You can’t leave it open and its hard to push open. I understand it's likely a fire door, but it could have been designed to be more convenient to use. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, my experience was very good.
