New to Self-Storage?

If you haven’t tried self-storage before you might not know where to start. We’re here to help you, and you can take a look at this handy guide that might just answer a few of your questions.

First Step

First you need to work out how much storage you need. If you have sorted the items that you need to put into storage it might help to work out how big a vehicle you’ll need to transport them. Our size guide has been sorted into approximate vehicle sizes. Bear in mind these are approximate, so if you think it’s going to be tight you might want to go for the next size up. You won’t want to crush delicate items, so having enough space will avoid over stacking your unit.

If you haven’t been able to sort the items you’ll need to store, for example if it’s stock for your business and it’s not arrived yet, order the unit that you think is the best fit. If you need more storage or you’d like to go to the next size up we will always do the best we can to upgrade you. We’re a friendly family run business and we want our customers to be happy with their storage.

Second Step

The next step is to rent your storage. You can do this simply by giving us a call or booking online. Here you’ll be able to see all of the units that are available, and book straight away. Once you’ve booked you will know how much space you’ll have and when you can move in, so you can get ready to move your belongings.

Third Step

Simply move in to your unit! Get your Face to Face ID check booked in. Once this is complete you are good to move in, you will be provided with your access codes and given your unit number with directions and your padlock will be inside your unit. Once you’ve moved in you have access 24 hours a day seven days a week.
